OSCAR Sandwell and their user group Level Advance are taking part in the Black Country Living Museum’s (BCLM) Festival of Light. We will be working with an artist and learn how to make bespoke lanterns as well as working towards the production of a large lantern. These will be used during the lantern procession at the BCLM on 3rd November 2016, 7.30pm-9.00pm. We took time out to visit BCLM and undertake research for our lantern making sessions. It was a wonderful day out.
