OSCAR are looking for volunteers

You will be working with staff based in Sandwell; you will have the drive to improve the services for people affected by Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia throughout the West Midlands.

You will value the work of both the Greets Green and Thalassaemia Project and want to further develop these services to provide support to anyone who is living with or affected by these two blood disorders.

The successful candidates will have knowledge of the voluntary sector and NHS (but does not need to be a health professional).  You will appreciate the role of support groups and understand the issues faced by those with Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia.
